Refund policy

All Special/Custom orders are NON-REFUNDABLE. If Stein, in its sole discretion, grants an exception to this then a 30% restocking fee shall be applied. Showroom display and demo products are sold AS IS and are FINAL SALE. Customer shall inspect prior to purchasing.
